POLICIES & ADD-ONS

DEPOSIT POLICY

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling:

For bookings over $500: A 50% deposit is due

For bookings under $500: A flat $125 deposit is required

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your shoot. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice and are subject to availability.

Add-ons are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

PAYMENT POLICY

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled shoot.

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Apple Pay, cash, or invoice upon request.

LATE POLICY

There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

At the videographer's discretion, sessions may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled after that window.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or the session will be dissolved with a new booking needed. New dates are subject to availability and must be rebooked within 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full remaining balance. No refunds are provided for canceled appointments.

RUSH FEES

$50 per additional edit

$100 for 2-business-day turnaround per 2

TURNAROUND TIME

Standard editing turnaround is 7 to 14 business days. Longer or more complex projects may require additional time. Rush delivery is available upon request.

TRAVEL & LOCATION

Travel fees may apply for bookings outside the DMV area. A separate rental fee may be required for studio space needed for group shoots or larger productions.
